REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and staff
• Support in driving sales targets and forecasts
• Aid in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
• Help create a positive, engaging store environment
