We’re looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our team of diesel and preventative maintenance technicians at our Northampton location. What You’ll Do: As the Shop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them excel. Scheduling & Oversight: Manage technicians' work schedules and ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and on time. Inventory Management: Oversee parts and tire inventory control, ensuring we have everything needed for seamless operations. Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain an organized shop environment and accurate records to support our operational excellence. Why Join Us?
