Description JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY: Following the shop supervisor's direction, complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly of all Certified Power Products. The main emphasis for this position is assembly and test of hydraulic systems; other duties may include welding, painting, general repair, and cleanliness of the assigned work area. Contributes to a positive working culture, builds strong relationships, and lives out the values of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to read and interpret work orders to accurately complete the requirements- Assembly of Hydraulics systems. Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings and schematics to the accurate completion of the customer requirements. Ability to assemble all Certified Power products Ability to set up and operate hydraulic test stand (valves), hydraulic test stand (pump motors) Repair and maintain shop equipment Produce high quality parts and assemblies with low reject rate Show mutual respect for coworkers Complete other duties as outlined by ISO work instruction Performs other duties as required An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
