Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: Entry level Welder at our welding and fabrication shop. This position will weld in the welding and fabrication repair of heavy earthmoving equipment and attachments. The preferred candidate will have the following skills: FCAW .045 - 3/32 diameter wire; SMAW - all positions; 3G 1" plate with backup bar #7018 - 1/8 certification; carbon-arc ability; cutting torch experience; blueprint reading and layout skills; heavy plate fabrication ability; overhead crane rigging; and a willingness to learn product repair procedures. This position rotates first and second shift.
