Job Description Ensure that process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Support and promote continuous improvement for process operation. Support on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP0603076 and other specific procedures of AUMOVIO Automotive. Manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs such as FPY, utilization rate, Ppk/Cpk, cycle times, failures of 0 kms etc.). Ensure process systems deployed in production floor meet target KPIs (Availability, Quality Rate, Performance) after G90 and during remainder of PLC. Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to industrialization team regarding lessons learned and best practices for process system architecture. Support TPM team, supervising and audit proper preventive and corrective maintenance of systems. Manage and coordinate shop floor resources if needed. Support process engineering changes, modification of test plans for variant/part number introduction. Support in process systems documentation based on assigned technologies. Audit and supervising existing documentation. Contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, CIM, Strategic Projects, etc.) that are applied to the process. Transfer lessons learned and best practices produced in operation to Industrialization and Expert teams. Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree: Electronics Engineering. 2-4 years of experience of process engineer in the electronic industry. 1-3 years of experience in shopfloor technical support as process engineering field. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packaging. Knowledge of electricity and pneumatics. Advanced English. Core tools. Knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in process improvement techniques and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics. Experience working with and robots in manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
