We are looking for a Shopify Store Manager to join our Team in Dubai

Key Responsibilities-

• Website Management: Updating product information, managing inventory, optimizing product pages, and ensuring the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Order Management: Processing orders, managing shipping and fulfillment, and handling returns.
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support.
• Marketing & Promotion: Creating and executing marketing campaigns, promoting the store on social media, and potentially running paid advertising.
• Data Analysis: Tracking sales data, traffic, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance.
• Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, managing product availability, and coordinating with suppliers for restocking.

Experience:

• Shopify: 1 year (Required)
