We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to help maintain and grow our eCommerce website. This role requires strong knowledge of Shopify, app integrations, and best practices in website functionality and design.
Please note: This is an on-site role. The successful candidate must work from our office, 5 days per week. We do not allow remote or hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Portal Development
• Build and manage a secure portal where promotional companies can log in, place bulk/corporate orders, and create digital mock-ups.
• Website Maintenance & Updates
• Regularly update and maintain all website pages to ensure they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Optimize product pages, collections, and site navigation for a seamless customer experience.
• Shopify App Integration
• Research, recommend, and implement Shopify apps to improve order management, design functionality, and customer engagement.
• Ensure apps integrate smoothly with existing site features.
• Ongoing Optimization
• Improve website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure branding consistency across all pages.
• Test and troubleshoot site features to prevent downtime or errors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Shopify (store setup, customization, and app integration).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to create or coordinate digital mock-up tools within Shopify or through third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, Liquid) is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with B2B or wholesale portals.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO best practices.
• Graphic design or branding experience for improving the site’s visual appeal.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
