Description

We’re seeking a skilled Shopify Plus Developer to build, customise, and maintain B2C (and future B2B) storefronts. You’ll optimise site performance, manage third-party integrations (e.g. GA4, GTM, Elevar), and support CRO, SEO, and tracking accuracy. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, ensuring compliance (GDPR, WCAG, FTC), and testing AI-driven features. Ideal for someone hands-on, data-driven, and up-to-date with the Shopify ecosystem. Build, customize, and maintain Shopify B2C (and future B2B) storefronts, ensuring fast, consistent, and user-friendly experiences. Manage third-party integrations (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Elevar, marketing pixels) for smooth performance and scalability. Set up and optimize tracking systems (GA4, GTM, attribution tools) for accurate data and reporting. Collaborate with marketing on CRO efforts—A/B testing, funnel optimization, and heatmap analysis. Maintain QA processes (bug tracking, version control, rollback) for stable site performance and improve site speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness to boost traffic and sales across regions. Test and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, product recommendations, visual search) using A/B testing. Ensure global compliance (GDPR, WCAG, FTC) across all storefronts. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. 3+ years’ experience as a Shopify Developer, with at least 1 year using Shopify Plus. Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, APIs, checkout customisation, and theme development. Solid front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience managing third-party app integrations and reporting/tracking tools (e.g. Elevar, Google ecosystem). Proven track record with CRO methodologies and tools, including measurable improvements to conversion rates. Familiarity with multi-region Shopify stores (multi-currency, multi-language) and global e-commerce operations. Why Join Twoconnect?
