We’re Hiring: Shopify & Ecommerce Support Coordinator
Location: Kelowna, BC (In-Office)
Type: Part-Time (14 to 16 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, tech-savvy, and organized. You’ll take the lead on backend updates across both our Shopify sites and provide general digital support for our team. This role is rooted in implementation, not strategy, but there is potential to grow into more if you’re curious and eager to learn.
You’ll be working closely with our team to execute promotional updates, manage internal automations, upload content, coordinate with specialists when needed, and help keep our digital operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

TECH & PLATFORM SUPPORT

  • Act as the in-house resource for basic tech troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Shopify experts or paid freelancers when custom code is needed
  • Upload content or update listings on third-party platforms like Faire
  • Support basic platform troubleshooting including ClickShip and courier integrations

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on Shopify experience (this is a must)
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with Shopify Flow, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • A practical critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with self-directed task execution
  • Someone open to learning and growing into more strategic areas over time
  • Must be in-office in Kelowna

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify Email
  • Familiarity with platforms like ClickShip or Faire
  • Interest in ecommerce analytics, SEO, or process improvements
  • Comfort working with external freelancers or tech specialists

Compensation
This is a part-time, in-office role based in Kelowna, BC.
Hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on your Shopify experience and comfort with HTML, CSS, and related platforms.
There is room to grow the role and hours if you take on more responsibility in the future.
