JOB SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about technology, retail, and helping businesses thrive? We’re looking for an energetic and driven Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team, focused on selling Shopify POS (Point of Sale) solutions to small and mid-sized retailers.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in sales within the fast-paced world of retail tech. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn the ropes, build relationships with potential customers, and guide them through the process of upgrading their retail operations using Shopify’s industry-leading POS system.
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting discovery calls, educating prospects on the benefits of Shopify POS, and helping them choose the right solution for their business. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential retail clients via email, phone, and social channels to introduce our Shopify POS offerings
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer pain points and goals
  • Conduct virtual or in-person discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and onboarding documentation
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client needs are met post-sale
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and customer information in our CRM
  • Track pipeline performance and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed on Shopify POS product updates, new features, and retail industry trends
  • Attend trade shows, pop-up events, or industry meetups to represent the company and generate new business (occasional travel may be required)
