Description

Responsibilities

Design and lead architecture for high-performing, scalable Shopify Plus eCommerce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business goals into Shopify architecture.
Architect and implement end-to-end Shopify Plus solutions, including storefront customization, checkout flows, and integrations.
Lead development of custom themes, Liquid templates, and reusable components tailored for performance and scalability.
Integrate third-party systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, marketing tools) via APIs and webhooks.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security across Shopify Plus implementations.
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring consistency with architecture and coding standards.
Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration specs.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure feasibility and optimization of user experience.
Troubleshoot complex issues and lead root cause analysis for technical challenges.
Stay current with Shopify platform updates, ecosystem tools, and emerging eCommerce technologies.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for Shopify projects.
Partner with project managers and business analysts to estimate efforts and manage timelines.
