We’re looking for a Shopper Insights Client Associate to join our team and help deliver customer-first insights and solutions to our clients. In this role, you’ll support collaboration between retailers and suppliers, driving mutual growth through a deeper understanding of customers. Key responsibilities in the role: Build strong relationships with client counterparts and work on-site as needed. Support delivery of client account plans and high-quality deliverables. Use dunnhumby tools and analysis to create impactful presentations and insights. Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate across Shopper Insights, Retail, and Media teams. Deliver training on dunnhumby products and solutions. Measure ROI and value creation for clients. Contribute to case studies and best practice sharing.
