We’re looking for a Shopper Insights Client Lead to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of CPG clients across one or more categories. You’ll lead the delivery of customer-first insights and solutions, driving collaboration between retailers and suppliers to create measurable value and mutual growth. Key Responsibilities: Own strong relationships with client counterparts and work on-site as needed. Inspire change by championing a customer-first approach. Oversee and drive delivery of client account plans. Use dunnhumby tools and analysis to create and deliver impactful presentations and insights. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate across Shopper Insights, Retail, and Media teams. Deliver training on dunnhumby products and solutions. Measure ROI and value creation for clients. Lead creation of case studies and share best practices. What we expect from you: Strong understanding of the CPG industry.
