KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Category growth by winning shoppers in the marketplace through landing disruptive innovations and activations Develop in store bottom up planning for key activities and innovations while developing plans for customer lead initiatives with sales team (Based on rate cards and BPM Sign off) Develop customized Trade Selling Story, Innovations One pager, BPM pre-reads and JBP Decks for customer cascade Cascade to sales team category specific plans, activations, launches, category priorities, and execution guidelines (Distributor Brief) Manage & Track in store TMI/ BMI signed off budgets Work with CSM leads on category specific plans and adhocs Drive Flawless execution (Production & Deployment) Land activities in the marketplace OTIF Cascade Innovation distributor brief / Executional Guidelines, TSS, In store bottom up plans OTIF to sales team Plan share gain activities to drive the category leadership / market share gain Optimize both BMI and TMI investments Merchandisers briefing on planogram executions and improvement guidelines Plan instore promoters activity and accelerate sellout for trade stock reductions REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG as Shopper Marketing / Trade Marketing Educational qualification – Bachelor Degree Soft Skills - Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint advance user Preferebly based in Qatar Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
