The Shopper Marketing Manager (SMM) is responsible for executing initiatives in accordance with the Trade Marketing calendar and wider organisational priorities. The SMM will take ownership for the effective management of our coolers and point-of-sale suites, ensuring our strategy enables us to look like #1 in-store. Additionally, they will manage and develop external relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary qualifications, such as Marketing Degree, is preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience within Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing.
  • Possesses a natural flair for creativity, with an innovative result orientated attitude and an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience briefing managing third party suppliers and agency partners.
  • Experience in working with and executing in Grocery and/or Impulse retailers.
  • Previous experience creating brand-specific POS, merchandising and visibility tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation and training skills.
  • Strong understanding on how Trade Tools are utilised to increase brand visibility and sales.
