Overview The PepsiCo Commerce Marketing Team is looking for a dynamic, highly collaborative team player to serve as the Senior Analyst on the Dollar General Commerce Marketing Team (PBUS). The Dollar General Commerce Marketing Team oversees the PepsiCo marketing efforts at Dollar General, one of PepsiCo’s key retail customers, in close collaboration with the Dollar General Customer Team (PCT), PepsiCo Retail Media Team, and Brand Commercial Teams—this high-energy, passionate group brings enthusiasm to driving the PepsiCo business at Dollar General! As part of this team, the Shopper Marketing Senior Analyst will lead the execution of omnichannel shopper marketing programs across the PepsiCo Beverages portfolio and support key elements of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process. You will play a critical role in delivering high-impact programs that grow PepsiCo Beverages (volume, sales, share) while strengthening brand equity with Dollar General shoppers. This role develops and showcases your ability to: Strategically evaluate business and customer opportunities, Build deep customer understanding, Translate insights into actionable programs, and Bring ideas to market through partnership with sales, digital media, brand, innovation, and commercial marketing teams to drive results This role reports into the Marketing Manager on the Dollar General Commerce Marketing Team and includes regular collaboration with the Marketing Director. Responsibilities Support the PepsiCo Beverages shopper marketing agenda, from planning and sell-in and through in-market execution Create sales/customer-facing sell decks and playbook communication tools to ensure flawless shopper marketing program execution Collaborate with commercial and brand teams on Dollar General shopper marketing plans, inclusive of digital/social/mobile/in-store strategies, innovation support, and creative traffic- & basket-driving and brand-building programs Build strong working relationships across internal PepsiCo teams and external customer teams (Sales, Marketing, Media, Operations) Partner with agency and brand teams to develop and execute promotional and customer-specific merchandising programs Partner with Insights and Category Management to analyze/synthesize data (e.g., POS), inform strategy, and support initiative development Support in synthesizing detailed post-plan analysis on campaigns and drive recommendations for future optimizations Manage team/program budget with rigor and transparency Manage key standing forums and share-outs among Sales, Commercial and Brand stakeholders with organization and leadership Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
