We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Specialist to help us turn everyday shopping moments into tail-wagging experiences that make people smile. You’ll be right at the heart of our European operations, with occasional adventures across markets to sniff out local shopper insights and retail trends. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and store, making sure everything we do lands perfectly where it matters most: at the shelf. What is in your bowl? 🍵 You’ll combine insights, creativity, and execution to drive real impact: Translate shopper and market insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive conversion Partner with Insights and local teams to understand shopper behaviour and optimise toolkits across markets Lead retail activations and trade promotions aligned with brand strategy Own the Perfect Store Program, ensuring excellence in assortment, placement and visibility Collaborate with Sales and retail partners to elevate in-store execution and unlock category growth Develop effective planograms and shelf communication to maximise sales Review performance and optimise product range, while supporting launches, onboarding and market expansion What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹 3+ years’ experience in shopper marketing, ideally within FMCG or pet food Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions Hands-on and execution-driven with strong attention to detail Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment Confident communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel across Europe occasionally Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus Not sure if you tick all the boxes but our role truly excites you?
