2. INTERIOR & CONSTRUCTION-ADJACENT TASKS

• Clean out vacant or tenant spaces—removing debris, trash, and leftover items.
• Replace interior ceiling tiles in common spaces or vacant units as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and fixtures such as wall packs and pole lights.
• Conduct daily “porter services” to tidy walkways and storefront areas.
