We built what we wish had existed, and we hire people who actually get it. THE ROLE Short-form video dominates attention — and NoGigiddy needs an editor who can make every second count. As our Short-Form Video Editor, you'll cut raw footage into punchy, high-retention Reels, Shorts, and TikToks that stop the scroll and drive action. No degree required — your edits are your portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Edit raw video footage into polished short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Add captions, graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance retention Maintain fast turnaround — 24–48hr edits from footage delivery Apply NoGigiddy's visual style guide consistently across all content Collaborate with creators and the social team on briefs and feedback Repurpose longer content into multiple short clips for cross-platform use Stay current on editing trends — hook structures, caption styles, pacing REQUIREMENTS No degree required Strong short-form video editing portfolio — show us 3–5 pieces Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Fast and detail-oriented — quality matters even at speed Familiarity with what performs on TikTok and Reels specifically Reliable, communicative, and responsive to feedback BENEFITS Pay of $17–$26/hr Part-time, project-based flexibility Fully remote Creative work with real platform impact Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network Equal Opportunity Employer.
