JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Short Let Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short let tenancies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a business-focused mindset.
As a Short Let Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing administrative tasks effectively. We are primarily seeking a Property Manager with experience working with platforms such as AirBNB and Booking.com.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in short lets or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Airbnb or similar booking platforms is essential.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in upselling or marketing within the property sector is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Arrange property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee the booking process, including marketing properties and guest vetting.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to the operation and property maintenance requests.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
  • Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Ability to organise bookings strategically to maximise income and meet KPI’s.
