• Cooking and preparing à la carte dishes to order, ensuring high-quality and consistent results
• Working across multiple sections in the kitchen, including grill, fryers, and prep stations
• Ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service hours
• Following standard recipes and techniques to create visually appealing and flavourful dishes
• Managing food prep, stock control, and ensuring proper inventory rotation
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised while adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure smooth service
• Assisting in the creation of daily specials and menu updates
