Join the team at Sook Pastry, a beloved French bakery in downtown Ridgewood. We’re looking for a quick, confident cook who can handle our sweet and savory crêpe station with flair. If you’ve worked the line in a fast-paced café or diner—or have barista skills to match—we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of crêpes to order (sweet and savory)
• Maintain speed and consistency during busy rushes
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and food-safe at all times
• Help with prep and occasional FOH support if needed
• Greet and interact with customers when working at the crêpe station

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in short order cooking, line work, or fast-casual kitchens
• Previous barista experience is a bonus
• Able to multitask and stay calm during high volume hours
• Works clean, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a team
• Open to weekend availability and early mornings
• Willing to learn and grow—training available
