Job Description Uphold Velaa’s brand standards to ensure the resort’s commitment to excellence and personalized service. Design and prepare daily floral arrangements for villas, restaurants, spa, and other resort areas. Create special flower arrangements and decorations for guest requests, events, weddings, and celebrations. Ensure freshness and proper rotation of all flowers and floral materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the flower room and work areas. Assist in ordering, receiving, and inventory control of floral supplies. Coordinate with other departments for timely delivery and setup of floral displays. Support landscaping team with seasonal decorations and garden flowers when required. Uphold resort standards for presentation, hygiene, and sustainability. Qualifications Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. Strong creativity and understanding of floral design principles. Knowledge of flower care, handling, and maintenance. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work long hours or weekends during busy periods. Proactive and reliable in meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented with a sense of aesthetics and presentation. Passionate about flowers, colour, and design.
Responsibilities
