About the role: As a Quality Assurance Engineer for Siemens Polarion ALM, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions. You will be part of the team responsible for new features and scalability of Polarion ALM, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and aligns with Siemens' overall business objectives. Required: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Advanced English proficiency for effective global team collaboration Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for web application testing Experience with test planning, test case development, and test execution Good to have: Familiarity with API testing concepts and tools Proficiency in automated testing techniques Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Identify, document, and track software defects Participate in requirements review sessions to ensure testability Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues Perform regression testing for new releases and updates Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes Working at Siemens Software Why us?
