Looking for Project Coordinator- THIS IS A SHORT TERM 6 MONTHS ASSIGNMENT!

PAY: $22.00-$28.00

Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring Project Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday- morning shift

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements while evaluating and recommending sound approaches or applications to meet the needs of projects and clients
  • Coordinate project activities and request for changes from original specifications
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Order Fulfillment, Contractors, Engineering, Vendors, Factories, and Transport Companies.
  • Consistently maintain digital job files with appropriate supporting documents
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of clients’ project schedule requirements from sales teams and contractor feedback
  • Manage risk and establish project recovery plans
  • Maintain projects in Sharepoint
  • Provide job account documentation to the credit department
  • Update jobs on order sheets and send to customers through Sharepoint
  • Reconcile project close out and provide partial or full releases to A/R
  • Interact and support outside sales employees, engineers, and technical associates as assigned by department supervisor
  • Responsible for accuracy in all aspects of the jobs from creation until all orders are closed
  • Coordinate deliveries and crane meets/lifts
  • Track, monitor and handle order revisions (deductions and additions)
  • Handle credit and rebills, concessions and proof of deliveries
  • Support and file freight claims
  • Assist customers and credit department with credit holds, CODs, and credit card payment information
  • Review part numbers and pricing

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Requirements:

· Clerical Experience
· Experience in : Microsoft programs, data entry, email management, spread sheets & digital Calendars, etc
