Description Springer Energy and DK Taylor Oil Company have joined teams and are looking for drivers who are interested in being part of a growing company. We are looking for Drivers to deliver Fuel and Propane in the Fayetteville market to Commercial, Residential and Agriculture customers. The driver will join a regional team, locally dispatched out of the Fayetteville office focused on excellent customer service along with reliable and timely deliveries. Position Overview: Class A or B Drivers with Hazmat and Tank Endorsements are responsible for loading and unloading their trucks with products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and propane in accordance with Company, State and Federal regulations. Drivers will be responsible for delivering fuel to commercial, residential and agriculture customers. With each delivery Drivers are responsible for recording before and after stick readings to confirm delivery and to check for water while also assessing visible tank conditions to ensure safe delivery. Drivers are responsible for proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections of their trucks. Requirements Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with tank and hazmat endorsements Valid Medical Card Clean driving record, no reckless or speeding tickets over 15 mph in the last 36 months Able to handle hoses and fittings up to 75 lbs Able to pull hose lengths up to 160 feet Complete understanding of all equipment used for delivery including pumps, hoses, nozzles, tank charts Able to submit legible daily paperwork Collect payments when needed for deliveries Enter and exit truck multiple times per day Able to load trucks at loading rack and ensure load fit Understanding of Hazmat regulations in regard to Fuel and Propane Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Background screening and Drug test Ability to work outside in all environments and weather conditions Pay and Benefits: We offer competitive pay and benefits to our Drivers based upon experience - $21/hour - $24/hour Company pays 100% of Medical Coverage – Individual and Family Company pays for Life Insurance with the option to buy additional coverage Medical and Dental Insurance Short-term and Long-term disability insurance 401K with 2% match Paid time off including holidays
