We are looking for someone who lives and breathes shortform content. In this role you mix creative marketing thinking with hands-on editing skills. You will create shortform videos, pick the right clips, edit them into engaging formats and also produce AI based videos with our internal workflow. We teach you everything you need, but having a natural feel for trends and creator style content makes the job easier and more fun. Tasks Create shortform videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Brainstorm ideas and turn them into fast, engaging edits Cut and prepare video material independently Produce AI based videos with our internal system Analyse performance and improve your content over time Work closely with our marketing team to bring ideas to life Requirements One to two years of experience in shortform editing or social media content creation Safe use of tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar A strong sense for pacing, hooks, retention and current trends Curiosity for AI tools and interest in learning new workflows Fast learning, proactive attitude and a feel for what makes content work Nice to have Experience working with creator brands Basic understanding of performance and growth focused content High interest in experimenting with new formats and ideas Benefits Above-average compensation Flexible working hours Home Office Remote work Sabbatical Paid Vacation Even if you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.
