Situated in the Great Eastern Market at Westfield Stratford, this Shoryu offers an exciting mix of your favourite Japanese convenience store groceries, and an eat-in or grab and go menu including our 12 hour authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen, donburi, sushi, curry and more.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations within our establishment, ensuring that the kitchen and restaurant areas run smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the culinary field and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is beneficial.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting.
