Job Description:
Boro Bar is looking for energetic, confident, and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Shot Person. As a Shot Person, you’ll be the life of the party—serving shots, engaging with guests, and helping create a fun, high-energy atmosphere our customers love.
Whether you’re on the dance floor or working the crowd, your main goal is to drive sales and keep the vibe alive!

Responsibilities:

• Serve and promote shots directly to customers on the floor or in VIP areas
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
• Upsell and encourage drink purchases
• Maintain product knowledge of available shot selections and specials
• Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and security to maintain a safe and fun environment
• Represent the brand and venue positively at all times

Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests
• Reliable and punctual with a team-player mindset
• Able to work in loud, high-energy environments (nights/weekends required)
• Prior nightlife, hospitality, or promo experience is a plus—but not required
