QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Shotblast and Paint machinery is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of tooling and hand tools commonly used in metal fabrication
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials as needed

REMUNERATION

• Hourly Rate - £12.54
• Operator Allowance - £5.45 (Per Shift)
• Shift Allowance:
  Days - £5.00 (Per Shift)
  Afternoons - £10.45 (Per Shift)
  Nights - £16.99 (Per Shift)
  Attendance - £40 (Per Month

• Operate Shotblast & Paint machines
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise material coating
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
