The training consultants are experienced trainers for T&O trainees and undertake a very large clinical workload in addition to ongoing academic and educational activities. They will provide full supervision and support for a Post-CCT doctor learning advanced upper limb arthroscopic and arthroplasty skills supplemented by formal 1 to 1 clinical teaching. All five consultants are research active, and the Fellow must expect to take part in structured research projects and will receive full support for this
