Hot Water Comedy Club is a multi award winning comedy club based in the heart of Liverpool’s newest venue - Blackstock Market. We offer comedy 6 nights a week and are previous winners of the “best club”, and “best venue”, but we don’t like to brag.

Show Manager
We are seeking a flexible, energetic, qualified, enthusiastic individual, preferably with experience and skills in managing venue/theatres, with professional equipment and managing staff. Strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers is a requirement.
The successful candidate will have responsibilities including:
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures and policies associated with running a licensed venue (i.e Health & Safety, environmental etc);
- To oversee all operations of the shows. This includes the management of ushers and the oversight of all procedures and the troubleshooting of any problems.
- Live streaming
-To keep a full inventory of all equipment
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the shows in the club and occasionally at other venues.
- Greeting customers and dealing with any issues in a professional manner.
- Using technical equipment, including sound mixer, cameras and microphones.
Previous management experience is preferred.
Good time keeping is essential to ensure the shows run to time, which are on evenings and weekends.
