Show Production Managers are the heart and soul of a project. They are responsible for managing all aspects of a show and the successful running of the production. The SPM is in charge of the overall schedule and must maintain this schedule throughout the course of the project. As well as extensive client relationship management the Show Production Manager will need to work closely with the Heads of Department and VFX Supervisor to establish clear and efficient methodologies. They are the driving force of the team, actively planning the day to day work while looking ahead and seeing the big picture, they ensure the full team feels supported and motivated.
