Show Rate Strategist About Us Our Client a U.S.-based marketing agency specializing in direct response digital marketing with over 20 years of industry experience. We're currently seeking a full-time Show Rate Strategist to join our international team spanning the U.S., South Africa, Argentina, and more. Job Description Seeking a Show Rate Strategist to own and optimize attendance rates across all event- and appointment-based campaigns. You'll be responsible for monitoring critical attendance KPIs, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and spearheading cross-department experiments that directly improve show rate performance. Working at the intersection of data and strategy, you'll collaborate with DevOps, CRO, and Account Management teams to ensure client programs consistently meet or exceed show rate benchmarks. This outcome-driven role demands a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Own the Show Rate KPI. Be accountable for diagnosing dips, driving improvements, and ensuring performance meets or exceeds benchmarks Run standardized diagnostics to pinpoint root causes (messaging, UX, tech, segments, or traffic quality) and identify performance risks early Analyze show rates by segment and source. Surface low-quality cohorts to Media Buying and provide actionable insights to improve traffic quality Own and iterate reminder sequences. Test and optimize SMS, email, direct mail, and voicemail messaging angles; implement proven tactics like personalized scripts and direct mail Design and execute structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses, tracking logs, and documented scaling plans for winning variations Deliver weekly Show Rate Briefs and lead Show Rate War Rooms to maintain accountability and cross-functional alignment Provide clear insights to Media Buying, CRO, and Creative teams. Escalate risks quickly and collaborate on funnel enhancements Build and maintain the Show Rate Strategy. Document proven tactics, best-practice templates, and benchmarks for continuous improvement Translate diagnostics into client-ready communications. Explain performance dips and present recommended actions clearly and confidently Support automation initiatives including dashboards, reporting systems, and early-warning indicators for attendance trends Requirements Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Comfort interpreting KPIs, using dashboards, and identifying root causes in performance data Proven experience in marketing operations, CRO, client strategy, call center operations, or performance marketing (2+ years preferred) Accountability and ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities Multi-account management ability. Maintain focus across multiple accounts using prioritization frameworks and structured workflows Structured experimentation experience. Design A/B tests with clear hypotheses, track results, and scale winners systematically Meticulous documentation habits. Build playbooks, log experiments, maintain benchmarks, and create repeatable systems Cross-functional collaboration skills. Work effectively with Media Buying, CRO, Creative, DevOps, and Account Management teams Tech-savvy and adaptable. Comfortable testing new tools, reminder systems, automation platforms, and messaging workflows Bias toward action and iteration.
