Description The Show Supervisor is responsible for leading the onsite supervision of tradeshow exhibit crews, ensuring seamless preparation, set-up, and dismantling of exhibits. This role requires extensive travel, strong collaboration with internal teams, and a high level of professionalism when representing Elevation3D with clients. Requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead onsite exhibit crews during tradeshows, ensuring excellence in execution, setup, and tear-down. Serve as the primary onsite representative of Elevation3D, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships. Work closely with internal account and production teams to ensure accurate project preparation and flawless show delivery. Troubleshoot onsite challenges, demonstrating resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and a team-first mindset. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maintain high standards of quality and service. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable, flexible, hardworking, and trustworthy with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to operate a pallet jack and high-lift, and meet certification requirements. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures (hot and cold). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic computer skills required. Experience Prior experience in tradeshow and exhibit setup required.
