OVERVIEW

Cranston Master Builder is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Showhome Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for new homes, real estate, with the ability to engage customers and promote our homes effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings, as these are peak showing times.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Showhome/community.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods while showing homes.
  • A polished, professional appearance that reflects the company brand.
  • Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Google, Outlook) and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the Showhome in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information of the Showhome while highlighting features, upgrades, and design options.
  • Answer questions regarding floorplans, pricing, community details, and the building process.
  • Update visitor information and register leads into the CRM system and Sales Trackers.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to nurture interest and assist with the sales process.
  • Support with community or Showhome events (open houses, promotions, launches)
  • Ensure the Showhome is always presentable, clean, and stocked with up to date marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
