Responsibilities
  • Graduation from PLACE Agent Launch and/or Buyers Certification
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards
  • Engage in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Effectively track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
