We’re looking for…
a highly organized, Excel-proficient assistant with a strong ability to manage and track operational data. The ideal candidate is precise, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. This position is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our sales and showroom operations. Expertise with Excel, data systems and CRM systems is prioritized over direct client skills, although collaboration within the showroom team is expected.
Job Duties
· Create and maintain Excel-based automatic calculation sheets.
· Track and follow up on: orders, Client payments, Client information, Showroom profits, Payments to contractors/software providers, etc…
· Analyze operational data and generate reports for leadership.
· Track activity and sales across noblessa showrooms and compile monthly reports.
· Welcome clients into the showroom and provide basic information about the products and services. Collect client details and project information to relay to designers for follow-up.
Basic Qualifications
· Exceptional organizational skills and fluency with Excel (including formulas, cross-sheet tracking, dashboards).
· High accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and follow-ups.
· Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
· Strong communication and internal collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and information and maintain up-to-date records.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
· Experience in operational support or administrative roles.
· Background in data management, reporting, or office coordination.
· Prior experience in design, construction, or showroom environment is a plus.
What we offer
· $25–$28 per hour based on experience.
· Part-time open position (initially 3 or 4 days/week), with the possibility of full-time in the future. Occasional Saturday availability is requested.
· Product training to ensure confidence in client interactions and internal coordination.
