We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Showroom / Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to all aspects of a small business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Placing and following up on material orders
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Answer phones, book appointments, and manage calendars
  • Process payments and handle general office supplies
  • Enter invoices, receipts, and assist with financial record-keeping
  • Maintain filing systems and client files (digital and paper)
  • Draft and type quotes, prepare client emails, and organize documentation

OTHER DUTIES

  • As part of a small business, flexibility is key—be ready to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
