This role is critical to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will handle customer interactions, order processing, scheduling, documentation, and maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.   Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary customer contact, greeting and assisting showroom visitors. * Manage administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, cashbox reconciliation, etc. * Create and fulfil customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. * Maintain organized inventory records and product documentation. * Manage showroom appearance, organization, and product displays. * Coordinate between departments to support branch operations. * Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
