MAIN DESCRIPTION
Apprentify are hiring on behalf of B&Q Leominster for enthusiastic, confident and personable individuals to join their team as a Showroom Advisor and enrol on our bespoke level 4 Sales Showroom apprenticeship programme.
Sales matter in this role, but your real focus will be the customer. You’ll ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products and installation options. You’ll use software to produce inspirational designs that will bring customer projects to life. Coordinating multiple projects & supporting customers virtually and face-to-face, you’ll take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping to make their dreams a reality.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You’re great at using technology but, more importantly, you’ll have brilliant communication and relationship-building skills as you’ll work closely with colleagues & installers to ensure B&Q deliver the best service on every project. You’re motivated by targets and are confident in converting your designs into sales. You work well as part of a team and you’re a good problem-solver too, with a keen eye for design. You’re also flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
SKILLS REQUIRED
As a Showroom Advisor, you will be working towards the Level 4 Sales Showroom qualification provided by Apprentify, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities. Your apprenticeship will cover areas such as Sales Fundamentals, The Sales Lifecycle, Negotiation Skills and Closing a Sale, and will be delivered through;
