SUMMARY

We are seeking an Order Administrator to join our growing team in Lewes. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth processing of customer orders while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality products. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  • Fostering a team-oriented atmosphere that prioritises customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Utilise Xero, Salesforce and xcel for data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Implement effective organisational systems to streamline showroom processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing timely and informative responses.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and showroom activities for management review.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for order processing and inventory management.
  • Experience with CAD or SketchUp is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
