Job Description: As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and visually appealing environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a retail customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for interior design and home furnishings.
- Basic computer proficiency for transaction processing.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Visual merchandising experience will be highly preferred.
- Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing product information and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom floor.
- Arranging and restocking furniture displays to ensure they are visually appealing.
- Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to implement and update display layouts.
- Processing customer transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
- Assisting in inventory management tasks as needed.
