POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Showroom Assistant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our customers. This position supports the sales team by assisting clients with countertop selection, preparing product samples, maintaining showroom appearance, and providing administrative and sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate it to customers
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, point-of-sale software)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Retail, customer service, or showroom experience is an asset but not required

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Guide customers through product options, including colors, materials, and finishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Prepare and label product samples for customer use
• Answer incoming calls and respond to basic customer inquiries
• Assist sales staff with quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Restock brochures, price lists, and displays as needed
• Perform other related duties as required
