Description

The Showroom and Brands Consultant will provide exemplary customer service to consumers and trades. The position will demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, contribute to sales development and experiential marketing activities.

  • Acts as the brand ambassador for Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands, facilitating showroom appointments and event experiences for visitors.
  • Primary contact for visitors and accountable for the tracking of opportunities and leads.
  • Understands BSH brands, products and services with capability to demonstrate features and benefits
  • Responsive to internal and external stakeholders to help initiate and close sales cycles in collaboration with customer community
  • Gathers information and resources from available BSH sources to integrate into client and small group presentations with a commitment to continued product learning.
  • Coordinates and hosts events, vendors and contractors to support showroom activities and training programs
  • Builds and maintains relationships with consumers, dealers, designers, architects, builders and developers (trade organizations)
  • Manages scheduling and provides updates to showroom calendars, attendance trackers and event schedules, using available CRM tools (Salesforce, Outlook and Excel)
  • Provides pre and post sale demonstrations, resources, specifications, and quotes to clients (virtually and in person); following up on leads when necessary
  • Supports trade events and shows to promote showroom programs and BSH brands
  • Promotes BSH trade program benefits, and is responsive to members’ inquiries, registrations and experience. Maintains designer database relevant to trade programs.
  • Attends to the showroom appearance, inventory and displays, troubleshoots appliance errors and schedules service if required.
  • Compliant with organizations purchasing, accounting and data keeping policies when completing assigned tasks and reporting
  • Contributor to social media content developed at showroom
  • Assists with the execution of showrooms activities (virtual or in person) including events, culinary demonstrations and sales and training activities as directed
  • All other duties as assigne
