Description
  • Showroom Support


    • Greet & qualify all customers coming in

    • Use Salesforce to communicate with showroom team
    • Assign customer to appropriate consultant
    • Monitor customer flow incl wait times & appointments
    • Send out daily follow-up emails
    • Answer phones & assist callers
    • Work with manager & staff to monitor showroom maintenance
    • Monitor, organize, and maintain showroom samples, literature & printed assets
    • Assist staff with vendors by checking on POs, delivery status, obtaining information, etc.
    • Organize and maintain back office
    • Assist customers
    • Assist with sample requests for projects
    • Work with Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with returns, etc.
    • Create Spec Books for Consultants
    • Create Mood Boards, Customer Presentations, & Sample Boxes for consultants
    • Create contracts for design services
    • Help store manager with daily agenda


      • Order supplies for showroom.

      • Prepare the showroom for opening and closing.
      • General
      • Attend & complete all trainings offered – incl. online & in-person
      • Attend field measures & site visits with designers as requested
      • Attend events as requested – in-house & off-site
      • Assist with execution of in-house events as requested

      REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      • Minimum Associates Degree. Interior Design or related a plus.
      • Must have interest in interior design and home décor.
      • Retail or other sales experience a plus.
      • Strong command level of cutting-edge technology – various apps, all aspects of virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, multi-platform integration.
      • Microsoft Office 365 (All aspects of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
      • Adobe Acrobat Pro experience a plus
      • Experience with graphic or home design/architecture software a plus.
