Position Summary The Counter Sales Representative will assist customers in the showroom with purchasing, order pick-up, and provide product knowledge. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication. Branch: All Tile - CCS in Cincinnati, OH Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Responsibilities * Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach. * Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel. * Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel. * Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom. * Support the warehouse with fulfillment when needed. * Properly pull orders for customers. * Follow the proper opening and closing procedures. * Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift. * Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required. Qualifications Education & Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent degree. * 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Other Qualifications * Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension. * Experience in the flooring industry is a plus. * Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs. * Able to work with computers for a long period of time. * Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening. * Legally permitted to work in the United States.
