JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our furniture retail showroom. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer care through various communication channels, including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. This position does not involve sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant customer service experience, with a strong preference for candidates demonstrating longevity in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in customer care across multiple channels (email, phone, face-to-face).
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with office responsibilities as needed.
