Description

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Showroom Floor Manager to lead the daily operations of our high end sweets showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure a premium customer experience, maintain exceptional showroom standards, and supervise a team to deliver top-quality service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both staff performance and showroom workflow efficiently. Supervise daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow and premium customer experience. Manage staff schedules, performance, grooming standards, and daily task assignments. Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards. Oversee product display, labeling, and replenishment to ensure items are always available and attractively presented. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure product availability and timely restocking. Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reports. Train and guide staff on customer service, sales techniques, and showroom etiquette. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and showroom issues. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom management (preferably in F&B or sweets industry). Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets). High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle peak hours and maintain high service quality under pressure. Good English communication is a plus.
