NCF Living is recruiting for a Showroom Host / Meet and Greet Assistant based in the one of our Flagship stores in Highgate.

As a Showroom Host / Meet and Greet at NCF Living, customer service will be at the forefront of your mind contributing to the success of our 4.8 Trustpilot rating. You will be welcoming customers into the showroom, interact with them and identifying their needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Interaction: You will welcome customers as soon as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression. Keeping customer leads warm until you introduce customers to the sales team. Monitor showroom foot flow and alert sales staff to customers needing assistance. Offering complimentary refreshments, such as tea, coffee or water.
  • Product Knowledge: Answer general questions about the store layout, products, promotions, and services.
  • Store Standards: Ensuring the showroom is consistently tidy and presentable, fluffing the pillows to maintain a polished look and straightening displays.
  • Team Player: You will hold our core values with you across all aspects of your role. Support store opening and closing procedures related to the front of house area. Attend morning meetings.

As the Showroom Host / Meet and Greet, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a Front of House / Meet & Greet role (preferably in retail, hospitality or customer facing roles)
  • An interest in furniture retail
  • Team player, approachable and friendly
  • Professional and punctual
  • Great customer service and communication skills

Job Type: Permanent, Weekends
Working Schedule: Saturdays: 9AM to 6PM, Sundays 10:30AM to 5PM, you may be required to work bank holidays to support the sales team during busy periods
